I don’t know how to thank you for everything you did for me and my family. A thank you doesn’t seem to be enough.

I am a single Mom who really wanted a home for me and my children. I found a home listed with you as a “Short Sale”. At the time I had no idea what that meant except this was the home of my dreams. My offer was accepted and the process began. This was in January. The house actually closed escrow in June. The “Short Sale” or pre foreclosure process is a complicated procedure in which your offer has to be accepted by the original lender as well as the seller. This avoids the home from becoming a foreclosure. (You taught me

that) In this area I found out you are the “specialist” You told me it wouldn’t be easy, but it would be worth it. I learned so much from your expertise and honesty and absolute professionalism. Pearl you took care of everything. Every time I got discouraged because we didn’t have approval you were there for me following up on all the details. When my landlord had rented our current home and my Dad had to have surgery and I had no home to move into, you worked magic and moved heaven and earth to help me expedite the procedure. You never made me feel as if I was a bother and believe me you know I bugged you to death. You truly cared about my situation. I am so grateful I met you. You are not just a Real Estate Agent; you are an amazing human being. I remember when you called me the day of my Dad’s surgery just to see how he was doing your thoughtfulness touched my heart.

There were times I really thought about settling for some other house.

Without you I would have given up. Patience is supposed to be a virtue.it’s not one of mine. I was packed and ready to go. I felt like my life was on hold. But you were right. It was worth every minute we had to wait. Thank goodness for your experience and heart. You kept encouraging me, always supportive, always positive. You made our dream a reality.

You do not just sell Real Estate you help people. You help people who are in an unfortunate situation and can not meet the expense of keep their home mortgage. You help families realize the dream of owing a home. You in reality are in the business to help people find a win-win solution. You are amazing. In fact I tell anyone and everyone who will listen about what you did for us.

When met Pearl I was not sure what to do and Pearl took controll she never told me it was going to be easy but that if we worked as a team and if I got her the proper paper work she needed everything was possible, the whole process does take about 6 months total it is a long drawn out process but it is worth it in the long run. I was able to erase my mortgage and free my self of the high cost of my mortgage and Pearl held my hand the entire time and made me feel good the whole was through she truely is a gem and I have referred her to many people already, my advise to you is if you can get out from under neith the heavy burdon of your over mortgage home and you have the chance to work with Pearl you’d be a fool not too.

Earlier this year we had the pleasure of working wiith Pearl Ahlquist. She worked with us on a Short Sale transaction as our Realtor . Before meeting Pearl we were contemplating how to handle this investment property gone wrong.

What drew us to Pearl was her knowledge, experience and ability to make us feel like everything would be taken care of. Please do not think that she made it sound like a piece of cake, Pearl was very upfront and honest about how the Short Sale process works. We knew that she was the right person to work with because of the way she made us feel, as though it would all work out the way it should.

After signing the contracts and giving control over to Pearl we agree to work with her as a team. No promises and no guarentees are the harsh realities of this type of transaction. If we were not very responsive to getting her everything that she needed to get this approved by the bank, we would have been in a worse situation.

Pearl made this tough period in our lives a much easier place to be, she took care of us and we recommend her whenever we get the chance. The best advice I can give in this type of situation is to work with Pearl and provide her everything that she needs at the time she needs it!!!!!
